As the Birria craze continues to sweep cities across North America, more and more guests ask for it by name, and having originated here in the state of Jalisco, what better place is there to experience the decadence of Birria than in its birthplace. The Birria Experience is designed for those craving the history, flavors, and diversity of this cult favorite that The New York Times calls (in popularity) “relentless.”
The Birria Experience is a hyper-focused tour that presents this traditional breakfast food in four distinct preparations featuring beef, pork, and goat along with quenching agua fresca at each stop. It is an express tour clocking in at just around two hours and is offered Tuesday and Saturday. The tour is limited to 8 guests keeping it intimate and moving swiftly. Start planning your hashtags now and book your spot for our newest tour, The Birria Experience, only available from Vallarta Eats.
Tuesday and Saturday at 9:30am
