Feed the Bears Food Tour

Our Feed the Bears tour is the perfect addition to your Bear Week plans. This tour offers the most food in the history of Vallarta Eats. Stroll the streets of Vallarta and taste a selection of tacos and other Mexican favorites carefully curated to leave you with a new appreciation for the food and history of Vallarta.

Hungry for something different this Bear Week? Try our super-sized nighttime food tour designed with big appetites in mind, Feed the Bears. Explore the backstreets of Romantic Zone for a taste of the best tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, tostadas, and more that Vallarta has to offer.

When the sun sets, the beaches empty, and night falls over Puerto Vallarta, the city comes alive with the sights, sounds, and smells of Vallarta’s vibrant food scene. Join our foodie guides as you stroll the historic streets of Vallarta’s oldest neighborhoods and sample a variety of tacos and sweet treats from the family-run carts and restaurants that helped build our city’s long standing reputation for great food.

Feed the Bears food tour is offered at 6pm on select nights (January 22 to February 6) around and during Vallarta’s famous Bear Week.  Capacity is limited to 8 guests to keep our curated tours intimate and engaging. If you would like to book a group tour for more than 8 guests contact stephen@vallartaeats.com

You can plan on 7 savory food stops tasting 8 to 10 tacos and other classic Mexican foods. You will also stop for fresh churros and hand made ice cream. Tour routes change depending on partner operating days, but here is a sample of some of the foods and tacos you may find on your tour: chorizo, tacos al pastor, grilled shrimp, beef asada, beef cabeza, pork rib in salsa verde, enmoladas, tacos dorados, bean tostadas, pork adobada, ice cream, and churros.

Keep in mind, past guests tell us the best time to take our tours is the beginning of your stay in Puerto Vallarta — you’ll be able to return to your newly found favorites throughout the rest of your visit!
